Safe Delivery Guarantee: our company (Saidel Websites & SummerTan.com) guarantees safe and undamaged delivery of your SunQuest tanning canopy. If there is any damage done to your canopy during shipping it will be promptly repaired or replaced. These units are very well built and are packaged very well, so it is very rare that damage would occur, but if it does we will take care of it.

Order Cancellation or Delivery Refusal: these are large items that are expensive to ship, so please be sure of your decision to purchase before placing your order. Orders that are cancelled or refused (change your mind and do not accept the delivery) are subject to a 20% restocking fee, and you must pay for the actual shipping fees to and from the Indianapolis factory warehouse. Once the canopy has left the warehouse (shipped out) the 20% restocking fee, plus shipping fees, will apply if you cancel the order or refuse delivery. If your order is placed with us and subsequently cancelled prior to shipping, a 5% order cancellation fee will be applied.

Shipping & Delivery Info: Due to the size and weight of SunQuest tanning canopies, all canopies are shipped with a commercial freight trucking company. The approximate weight is 125 pounds. The canopy is delivered in 1 box and is fully assembled. The shipping box dimensions are 80" x 37" x 17". The trucking company will call the customer (you) once they get to the closest trucking terminal to set up the delivery time for the following day, or for another day if needed. Deliveries are made only on business days, Monday thru Friday. The Canopies are delivered to you via large freight truck. Make sure you are providing a delivery address that is accessible by freight truck. For example, if you live on top of a steep hill, or have an very narrow driveway, you will have to take delivery at another location.If you wish, we can arrange delivery to an address other than your home.

The trucking company provides "Tailgate Delivery" only, which means they will bring the truck to your home and bring your package to the edge of the truck. The box must be unloaded and moved indoors by the customer. (Note: This "tailgate delivery" is used by ALL SunQuest canopy stores & distributors.) There is usually only 1 driver on a delivery (and unfortunately unloading is not part of their job), so the customer should have 2 people to offload the box and bring it inside. In some cases, another person can be added to the delivery truck for offloading, but this must be arranged privately between the customer and the trucking company when they call you before delivery. A delivery appointment is made, so the best plan is just to plan to have a someone there with you to meet the truck.

Important Notes: when providing your shipping information during the shopping cart checkout it will ask for your PHONE NUMBER, - remember the shipping company will call you at least 24 hours before delivery to schedule the delivery day and time, SO BE SURE TO PROVIDE A GOOD DAYTIME PHONE NUMBER, or at least a phone number that has voice mail service so they can leave a message. *We cannot ship SunQuest tanning canopies to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, or overseas.

Delivery Hours: are generally "standard business hours". Although some delivery companies will delivery at special times, the official policy is that delivery should be scheduled during normal business hours (9:00 am to 5:00) pm. Again, they will contact you by telephone at least 24 hours prior to delivery to schedule the delivery day and time so you have advanced notice. As listed above, all tanning canopies are delivered with tailgate delivery so we advise you have two people available to unload the tanning canopy.

Return Policy: we cannot accept used units back into stock so there are no returns accepted. We guarantee safe and undamaged delivery, and we remind you that all SunQuest Tanning Canopies come with a manufacturers warranty to cover you in the very rare event there are problems or defects with your canopy. These are high quality units with an excellent reputation in the tanning industry, but we only sell new units - therefore we cannot accept used units back. With the high expense of shipping, factory inspection & testing, replacing used bulbs with new, and reinstating the manufacturers warranty, it makes returns unfeasible.

TAX: sales tax is only charged if you reside in Washington State where we are headquartered. All SunQuest Canopies ship directly from the factory in Indianapolis.
